  • Engineering degree in Electronics/ Communication/ CS/ IT with a minimum of 50% marks and one year post experience 
Officer Scale-II (Chartered Account)
  • CA from the Institute of ICAI and one year of experience as a CA 
Officer Scale-II (Law Officer)
  • Degree in Law with a minimum of 50% marks from a recognized University and two years post-experience
Officer Scale-II (Treasury Manager)
  • CA or MBA in Finance from a recognized University with one year post experience
Officer Scale-II (Marketing Officer)
  • MBA in Marketing from a recognized University with one year post experience
Officer Scale-II (Agricultural Officer)
  • Graduate in Agriculture/ Horticulture/ Dairy/ Animal Husbandry/ Forestry/ Veterinary Science with a minimum of 50% marks from any recognized University and two years post experience
