CTET Jan 2024 Notification 2023 Details

CTET 2024 (Class 1 to 5) Eligibility

  1. Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of 2-year Diploma in Elementary education or
  2. Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 45% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of 2-year Diploma in Elementary education as per NCTE 2002 Norms or
  3. Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed appearing in the final year of 4- year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed) or
  4. Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of 2-year Diploma in Education (Special Education)

CTET 2024 (Class 6 to 8) Eligibility

  1. Bachelor degree and passed or appearing in final year of 2-year Diploma in Elementary education (by whatever name know) or
  2. At least 50% marks either in graduation or in post-graduation and passed or appearing in final year Bachelor in Education (B.Ed) or
  3. Graduation with at least 45% marks and passed or appearing in one year Bachelor in Education (B.Ed), in accordance with the NCTE Norms. or
  4. Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in final year of 4 year Bachelor in Elementary Education (B.El.Ed) or
  5. Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in final year of 4 year or
  6. Graduation with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in 1 year B.Ed/B.ed special education
  7. Any candidate having qualified B.Ed programme recognized by the NCTE is eligible to appear in TET/CTET. Moreover, as per the existing TET guidelines circulated Vide NCTE later dated 11/02/2011, A person who is pursuing any of teacher education course (recognized by the NCTE or the RCI, as the case may be) specified in the NCTE notification dated 23rd August 2010 is also qualified to appear in the TET/CTET or
  8. Post graduation with a minimum 55% marks are equal and grade and passed or appearing in final year of 3 year integrated B.Ed-M.Ed

  • Use a valid email ID, Contact No, and other details for registration and communication, You may receive an OTP  on your email or mobile to verify your identity.
