Data Entry Operator	Degree from a recognized university Certificate or Diploma course in Computer Application from a recognized Institute Knowledge in handling computer applications possessing a speed of 8000 key depressions per hour on the computer
Lower Division Clerk	Degree from the recognized University Typing speed 30 WPM in English or 25 WPM in Hindi
